It’s always good to know a little bit about your potential mentors, so here are some highlights from me and your Mentorship Team:
Jennifer Lee
- Unlike many other creative business coaches out there, I’m a certified coach who has received extensive training on how to effectively and skillfully help clients reach their goals more quickly
- I have developed workshops, e-Courses, e-Books, tangible products, and coaching programs, wrote an award-winning book with New World Library, a well-known publisher, co-developed a product with Levenger, a national catalog company, partnered with creativeLIVE as one of their first general business instructors, and was a pioneer with hosting a video summit, so I know how to take an idea and make it real (and make money with it)
- I worked for 10 years as a business consultant in large corporations including Gap Inc., Accenture, Sony, and HP, so I understand the complexities that go into making companies successful (from the high-powered board rooms to your kitchen table)
- Through my licensing programs I have more than 70 facilitators who lead workshops worldwide based on my unique and visual approach to business and life coaching
- Over the years I have invested in myself and my business by hiring specific coaches to help me through various stages of my growth (including life coaches, business coaches, a spiritual coach, a product coach, and a book coach). I appreciate having someone in my court who can help me reach my goals
- I’m an artist at heart, so I totally get how important it is to express your creativity in all that you do and I’ve learned how to make that creativity work for me in my business
- Through the 12 years I’ve been coaching and the 10 years of being in business for myself, I know firsthand the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial journey…
- I’ve gone from coaching part-time while holding down a demanding day job (because I was too afraid to leave), to finally taking the leap yet struggling to come close to my cushy corporate salary, to building the thriving multi-6-figure-a-year business I have today.
Susan Miller

Jeremie Miller

Jeremie, and his son Fionn, continue to work from their mountain-top hideout on plans for their army of minion robots, but in his downtime Jeremie has just launched “The Secure Entrepreneur” a new business focused on helping entrepreneurs build their business on a strong money foundation so they can trust their money and have the confidence to share their work with the world (think of Jeremie as a Left-Brain-for-Hire for your business’s finances).
Jeremie believes that every entrepreneur can build their business, from the start, while ALSO paying themselves and making a profit. This is exactly how Jeremie has built his own business and he would love to have a chance to help you do the same.
Katherine Carey
Circle Coach for Cohort Circle
My journey into millinery (hat making) began over 20 years ago. A childhood spent watching classic movies was the inspiration. Those 20 years were spent between Venice, CA and Maui, Hawaii creating hats using materials, such as, lauhala (a tree that grows along the shoreline of Maui) and lots of hand sewn roses (both I still use today).
I made the launch to New York City around 4 years ago. My business had grown as much as it could on the islands and CA…I was ready for a fashion capital. Since making this move I have launched my label, seen my hats requested for Vogue Italia photo shoots three times, participated in NYFW, launched a successful crowd-fund campaign, spent a summer in France, and created an e-magazine called Millin’Air. Definitely worth the move!
My goal is to help people embrace whimsy upon their heads. It’s about taking any ole day up a notch. It’s about embracing random compliments from strangers, and about having a sense of humor in the midst of winter.
It’s my profession to make people shine!
Gwen Tanner

Gwen Tanner has been a project manager for over 17 years and is now enjoying building a community of creative entrepreneurs, helping them to bring traditional project management into their right-brained, creative projects. As an instructional design and course development consultant, Gwen helps companies and entrepreneurs design effective and engaging training programs for their clients. She believes that there is always a way to accomplish anything you that you can dream of and focuses on working with her clients to achieve their dream goals.
Sharon Tessandori

Sharon Tessandori, BS, MS is the founder of Barefoot Works Yoga, located in Lexington, KY. She started her very own yoga studio over ten years ago with no money, no business training, and no rulebook. But she had loads of concentration, conviction, & a knack for attracting community support. That — plus an undeniable passion for her work helped her to create a thriving, profitable business even during an economic meltdown.

Sheila Pai
Sheila Pai, founder of A Living Family coaching and community, is a relationship, parenting, and life coach specializing in partnership, birth, and Mindful Self-Care. Sheila works with women, men, and couples in workshops and 1-on-1 coaching as well as Birth Story Listening and Birth Art Process. Most recently, she released a book called Nurturing You: A Woman’s Guide to Mindful Self-Care based on her 13-week Nurturing You Mindful Self-Care Program. The real focus and thread through all of her work is helping people cultivate a thriving life by nurturing connection, presence and peace. She believes whole-heartedly that you matter and that small simple efforts make a difference. Sheila lives with her two children and husband outside Philadelphia.
Sheila will lead a class on Mindful Communication based on her extensive experience with Non-Violent Communication. You’ll learn concepts and simple tools to help you have clear/clean communication with your clients, team and with yourself. Sheila is exceptionally skilled in helping creative entrepreneurs navigate sticky situations with grace. You’ll learn how to have crucial conversations and how to say yes and no in a powerful and authentic way. A must for every creative entrepreneur!
Kiffanie Stahle, J.D.
Kiffanie Stahle is on a mission to teach creative entrepreneurs that the law doesn’t have to equal scary. She founded the artist’s J.D. to empower creative business owners about the legal aspects of their business. When she’s not talking law Kiffanie also enjoys taking photographs, working in her garden, and pickling fruit.

Sandra De Freitas is a top tech coach, speaker, trainer, author and expert in internet technology. She quit her job in January 2006 to be a full time entrepreneur and never looked back! She is the founder of WPBlogsites.com a successful coaching, consulting and training firms. In 2008 she authored the book “Does This Blogsite Make My Wallet Look Fat? How to use a WordPress Blogsite to make money, attract clients and gain expert celebrity status” and released the 2nd edition in 2010 and the 3rd edition was released in 2014.
