General Shipping Info
Please allow for slight variances in colors and designs. Orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days and delivery times vary. If your order requires follow-up about specifying a color choice, a difference in shipping cost, etc. then the order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of the order clarification rather than the date of the order.
All orders within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail and no delivery signature is needed. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. Once shipped, U.S. Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2-5 days to be delivered, but may take longer.
Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address for your order since that is the information we use for shipping. Artizen Coaching is not responsible for re-routing your package due to an incorrectly supplied address.
International orders are shipped International Priority Mail where available (see note in red below) or International First Class where available (see note in red below).
Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping service.
- International Priority Mail may take about 6-10 days or more and will include tracking info but is more expensive.
- International First Class may be slightly more affordable but may take 3 weeks or more depending on location and does not have tracking.
We will reach out to you before shipping your item if the International Priority Mail quote is more than what you were charged at checkout and we will offer the International First Class option if you’d like to go that route instead.
For some locations, the actual shipping cost may be more than the flat shipping rate that was charged at checkout. If this is the case, we will reach out to let you know the cost difference and to see if you’d like to proceed with fulfilling your order.
IMPORTANT: Due to constantly changing International shipping outages during the pandemic, we recommend that you first check if the USPS currently ships to your country by visiting the USPS International Service Disruptions page. Make sure to click the “View the Suspensions” button to see the listed of countries impacted.
Unfortunately, even if our shopping cart accepted your order, if the USPS has temporarily suspended shipping to your location per the note above we won’t be able to ship your order. We’re very sorry and know how frustrating that is. If you placed an order to a country we currently can’t ship to, we will let you know and will process your refund promptly.
Please note that you are responsible for paying any import duty, tax, and fees which may be collected by your country when the shipment arrives.
