- A 60-minute foundation session to set the stage for the coaching
- 12 weekly 30-minute coaching sessions by phone

- Personalized weekly assignments to move you into action
- Creative exercises to help you gain clarity in the various aspects of your business
- Unlimited e-mail correspondence (response within 48 hours during weekdays)

Spot Coaching – 40-minute session (two per year for new clients only)

Or maybe you have a targeted situation in your business that you want to explore with the help of a coach. One or two spot coaching sessions can be a great way to get support on a specific, focused issue or topic in your business or entrepreneurial endeavors.
Please note that these are coaching sessions to help you gain clarity, move past blocks, identify goals, and create action plans. These sessions are not meant for seeking business advice.
